SHRIMP MOUSSE 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. hot water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup (do not dilute)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. fresh shrimp (cleaned, cooked and chopped)

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Heat soup. Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, celery, onion and shrimp. Pour gelatin mixture into soup. Combine all ingredients and pour into a 5-cup mold. Chill overnight. Unmold and serve with crackers. Whole wheat crackers are especially good. If you don't want to use a mold, it can be served like a dip also.
