TURKEY STUFFED PITAS 
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 med. tomato, seeded and chopped
1 sm. cucumber, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
Ground black pepper, to taste
4 lg. whole wheat pitas (pocket bread)

Place turkey in large bowl. Saute mushrooms and green peppers in olive oil until slightly softened. Add to turkey. Add tomato, cucumber, and green onions to turkey mixture. In separate bowl, add remaining ingredients until blended. Add dressing mixture to turkey and toss slightly. Cut pitas in half. Spoon about 1/2 cup turkey mix into each half.
