SHRIMP FILLED CROISSANTS 
1/2 lb. fresh Oregon shrimp
2 finely chopped green onions
1/4 c. good mayonnaise with just a dash of curry powder

Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate an hour or so to blend flavor. At serving time, fill two croissants with shrimp mixture. If desired, microwave for 1 minute or heat through in oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
