DIFFERENT FRUIT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. white flour
3/4 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. orange juice, maraschino cherries juice, and 1 tsp. lemon extract, combined makes 1 cupful exactly
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. molasses
3 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. pitted dates
3/4 c. maraschino cherries
1 c. green candied pineapple, cut up

Combine all ingredients except fruits and nuts into bowl. Mix thoroughly, add fruits and nuts. Blend. Pour in 2 greased loaf pans or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch pan or greased bundt pan. Bake in preheated 275 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.
