MIKE'S FRIED FISH 
1 lb. fresh fish (perch, crappie, bluegill, etc.)
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 c. Hungry Jack potato flakes
Garlic salt to taste
Lemon pepper to taste

Wash fish. Beat egg with milk and set aside. Place potato flakes in ziplock bag with garlic and lemon pepper then shake well. Dip fish in egg mixture and drop in ziplock bag and shake to coat well. Deep fry and serve.
