MERINGUE COOKIES | |
2 egg whites 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. chocolate chips Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tartar to soft peaks. Add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in to cool for 1/2 hour. |
