CHICKEN AND SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can mushrooms, drained

Mix together and set aside. Take the skin off of the chicken using only the thighs, drumsticks and breasts. Salt and pepper chicken and place in pan, pour sauce over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or potatoes.
