WURZIGER MAISSALAT ("Spicy
Corusalad")
 
6 oz. bologna
6 oz. Gonda or Swiss cheese
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
5 tomatoes (middle size)
1 lg. pickle
9 oz. corn
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. wild mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 sm. onions

Cut bologna and cheese in strips. Cut the onions (slices) in rings. Cut the green and red peppers in strips. Cut the pickle and tomatoes in slices. Mix those ingredients with the corn in a bowl.

Mix vinegar, oil, mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, sugar and cayenne pepper in a small bowl, then pour it over the vegetables. Cover the salad for 30 minutes. Let it be at room temperature.
