LEMON DELIGHT 
Yolk of 3 eggs
1/2 to 1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. lemon juice
3 beaten egg whites
1 c. XX whipping cream
Graham crackers

Cook yolks, sugar and lemon juice in double boiler until thick. Let cool. Add beaten egg whites and fold into 1 cup whipping cream. Put layer of graham crackers on bottom of dish.

Pour the above over crumbs. Add few crumbs on top. Let stand in freezer for 12 hours if possible or until frozen.
