CRABMEAT AND BACON ROLLS 
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 beaten egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 can crabmeat
12 slices of bacon, cut in half

Mix tomato juice and egg. Add bread crumbs, parsley and crab meat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread mixture on bacon slices and roll up and fasten with toothpick. Cook in broiler, turn often until bacon is evenly brown.
