8 oz. cream cheese, softened or Cheez Whiz
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 lb. thin sliced bacon, cut in half
25 slices whole wheat bread, remove crust

Combine cream cheese and chives. Spread 1 tablespoon on each slice of bread. Cut in half. Roll up. Wrap tightly with half slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Place on Pam sprayed broiler pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp. You may make up ahead of time and freeze until ready to cook. Makes 4 dozen.
