BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. each chopped celery and onion
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 pkg. frozen broccoli and cauliflower, chopped (10 oz.)
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. cooked rice

Heat on stove until soupy. Keep stirring until it becomes smooth. Put in casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
