CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
3 tbsp. creme de menthe ice cream syrup
1 can Hershey's fudge ice cream syrup
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2-3 tbsp. creme de menthe ice cream syrup

Mix cake mix as directed on box, stirring in 3 tablespoons creme de menthe ice cream syrup. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake as directed. Let cool. Cover with fudge topping. Frost with Cool Whip mixed with 2 or 3 tablespoons of creme de menthe ice cream syrup. Refrigerate. Serves 15-18.
