CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (16 oz.) chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and other ingredients in order listed. Blend well. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

MIDDLE LAYER:

Mix together:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. green creme de menthe

Spread over cooled cake.

GLAZE:

Melt:

1 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Cool and spread over brownies. Serves 12.
