2 c. plain flour
1 c. salt
2 tbsp. oil
2 pkg. unsweetened Kool-Aid
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. boiling water

Mix dry ingredients together. Add water. Stir until blended. Store in container with a tight-fitting lid.
