12 slices bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. 6 servings.
