SUPER-CRISP COUNTRY FRIED
CHICKEN
 
1/2 c. Milk
1 Egg
1 c. Flour
2 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 tsp. MSG - monosodium glutamate
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 frying Chicken, cut up (2-1/2 to 3 pounds)
Oil or Shortening for frying

Blend Milk and Egg. Combine Flour and seasonings until well mixed and put into a sealable container. Place some of the flour mixture on a plate. Roll the Chicken pieces into the four mixture until evenly coated. Then roll into egg mixture. Roll a second time into the flour mixture. Deep fry in a cooker at 365 for 15 to 18 minutes. Drain on a paper towel.
