EGGLESS APPLESAUCE CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar (brown or white)
1 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. crushed nuts (optional)

Icing:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
enough applesauce to make desired thickness

Cream first 2 ingredients. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F until done. Cool and ice. Is a very moist cake and freezes well.
