PERFECT PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. cold water

Mix flour, shortening and salt until crumbly. Mix vinegar and water. Pour over flour mixture and just until all flour is moistened. Roll into pie crust, use what you need, cover and refrigerate rest.
