LOW FAT SOUR CREAM 
1 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1/3 c. ice water
2 tbsp. sour cream

Beat the dry milk, water, and cream until foamy and smooth; cover and let stand overnight. Mix a few times. Refrigerate until needed. 1 tablespoon serving, 25 calories.
