BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli, broken into sm. florets
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Toasted almonds
Tomato wedges

Combine ingredients in order given. Chill. Garnish with toasted almonds and tomato wedges.

VARIATION: Omit Parmesan cheese and use buttermilk salad dressing mix adding 2 tablespoons each sugar and vinegar.
