COCONUT PECAN FROSTING 
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. butter
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
2/3 c. chopped pecans
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, milk, egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Cook over medium heat about 12 minutes. Remove from heat and add coconut and pecans. Beat until cool.
