SPINACH SALAD

2 lb. fresh spinach
1 green onion (or more if desired)
3/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. Miracle Whip
3 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper

Place spinach, green onion and bacon in large bowl. Mix dressing well and pour over spinach.
