CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN PUDDING 
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. nuts

Mix first 4 ingredients, let cool and pour over the remaining ingredients made into a batter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees in an 8 x 8 inch pan. When this is baked you will have a heavy chocolate sauce under the cake. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped cream or all by itself.
