MACARONI SAUTE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 c. Wesson oil
No. 2 can tomato juice (2 1/2 c.)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef

Brown beef in separate pan and set aside. Slowly pan fry macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil over low heat. Stir occasionally until macaroni turns slightly yellow. Add tomato juice and heat to boiling. Add salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add browned beef to above mixture. Mix thoroughly and then pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake covered 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
