MARIAN'S JAMBALAYA 
1 (32 oz.) can cut up Italian style tomatoes
2 yellow onions, diced
2 tsp. file gumbo
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. med. prawns, cleaned
1 lb. white fish (red snapper, sea bass, or sole cut into bite size pieces
3 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in large pot. Saute onions over low until clear. Add spices and stir. Add crab, prawns, and fish. Stir and simmer on low for an hour. Serve with hot white rice.
