CHICKEN CHEESE SOUP 
2 c. boneless diced chicken
3 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

In large saucepan combine potatoes, celery, carrots, onions, parsley flakes, bouillon cube, seasonings and water. Mix and cover. Cook until vegetables are tender. Gradually add milk to flour and add mixture to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and diced chicken. Stir until melted.
