PARADISE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 unbaked pie crust
1 1/4 c. pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt
Pecan halves for garnish

Combine cheese, sugar, and vanilla; blend well. Blend in egg; spread in pie shell. Combine all ingredients but pecans and mix well. Pour over cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool; garnish with nuts and whip cream.
