CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
2 lg. rolls refrigerator chocolate chip cookies
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice one roll of cookies thin. Pat in bottom of pan. Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Pour over cookie crust. Slice second roll of cookies thin. Layer over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

NOTE: May be made in two 8 inch pans.

FILLING:

1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together.
