MOM'S CHICKEN PIE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped or cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 soup can milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 sm. can (drained) peas and carrots
1 sm. can (drained) potatoes, diced (or can use 2 med. potatoes cooked in microwave approximately 3 minutes)
1 sm. onion, chopped

TOPPING/CRUST:

1 c. milk
1 c. bisquick

Mix first 8 ingredients. Pour in greased (spray with Pam) 9 x 13 pan. Combine milk and bisquick to make crust mix. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Quick and Delicious!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
