BANANA NUT BREAD | |
1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. cake flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 3 bananas, mashed 1/2 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients which have been mixed together; beat well. Add milk, bananas and vanilla. Fold in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan about 1 hour. |
