BLONDE BROWNIES 
2/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped
Chocolate chips

Melt butter in saucepan; add sugar, then eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and nuts. Pour into greased 9x13 oblong pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
