1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
8 c. Oat Squares cereal
1 1/2 c. thin pretzel sticks
1 1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in a 13"x9" baking pan in oven. Remove pan from oven and stir in seasoning. Add cereal, pretzels and peanuts, stirring until coated. Sprinkle with cheese and mix well. Bake 20 minutes, stirring twice during baking. Cool completely and store in tightly covered container at room temperature. Yield: 11 cups.
