COATING:

2 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Rinse 1 pound chicken breast, don't dry. Spray non-stick pan with Pam, cook until brown.
