CARAMEL PIE 
5 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. sour jelly (I use plum)
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. vanilla

Put eggs and jelly in blender; beat a little then add rest of ingredients together. Mix in blender. Pour into unbaked pie shells (will make 2 small or 1 large). Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then at 325 degrees until firm.
