1 c. preserves (Damson, cherry or plum)
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. cream
4 egg yolks
Flavor with nutmeg according to taste

Beat eggs slightly, mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell Bake in moderate oven until filling is set and slightly browned on top.
