BROCCOLI SALAD 
3 c. broccoli flowers
6 slices bacon, fried crisp - drained and crumbled
1/2 c. chopped onion (red and white, sweet)
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. raisins, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white vinegar
6 pkgs. Equal

(Or use 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup yogurt).

Combine all ingredients with dressing.

Serves 6 generously.
