1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) refried beans
1 c. salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked hamburger with taco seasoning added, if desired

Grease 9-inch pie plate, mix Bisquick, beans and water together. Spread in pie plate. On top of "crust" spread hamburger, salsa and then Cheddar cheese in this order. Bake 30 minutes in 375 degree oven. Serve with sour cream and nacho chips.
