BOJANGLE'S BISCUITS 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. Crisco
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 stick butter

Mix dry ingredients, then add Crisco, mix and add buttermilk. Form into dough. Knead for 5 minutes. Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Pinch off dough and place in baking dish. Pour butter over biscuits and bake at 400 degrees for 22 minutes or until golden brown.
