ZUCCHINI APPETIZERS 
3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini (about 4 sm.)
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves
Dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix all ingredients, spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut in 2 x 1 inch rectangles. Refrigerate any remaining appetizers. Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
