1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 can green chilies, optional
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a pie plate. Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown. Drain and stir in seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth (15 seconds on high in blender or 1 minute by hand). Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. To with tomatoes and cheese. Serve with sour cream and taco sauce.
