EGG SOUFFLE 
8 slices bread or English muffins, cubed
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sm. link sausage, fried, drained, cut up
6 eggs
Dash salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Place bread cubes in buttered 10 x 8 1/2 inch casserole. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Place sausage over bread and cheese. Blend eggs, salt, mustard and milk together and place over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Melt 1/2 cup butter. Add corn flake crumbs to butter. Place corn flake crumbs on top of egg mixture. Bake 325 degree oven for 45 minutes covered. Uncover last 10 minutes.
