CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. picante sauce
2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
4 oz. raw rice

Brown turkey and onion in stew pot. Add all other ingredients. Simmer on low temperature until rice is tender and most liquid is cooked out (about 30 minutes). Serves 4.
