8 oz. apricot preserves
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
8 oz. any thick red salad dressing
2 chickens, quartered
6 tbsp. Chablis wine (optional)

Mix together sauce ingredients. Arrange chicken in baking pan and spoon sauce over the poultry. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
