2 lb. burger, extra lean 1 tbsp. garlic salt 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. liquid smoke 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. barbeque sauce 1 med. onion, diced Dash cumin 1/2 tbsp. celery seeds 1 tsp. Kitchen Boquet 1 c. ketchup 1 can tomato soup Dash salt 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or oats or both Brown meat and onions in saucepan. While cooking, add garlic, celry seed, chili powder, liquid smoke, Kitchen Boquet and soy sauce. Cook over low heat. When brown, add barbeque, ketchup and tomato soup. After all is heated, and if mixture is thin, add cracker crumbs or oats or both if desired to thicken. Let heat, stir often to keep from sticking to pan. When ingredients get thick and bubbly, it is ready to eat. Makes 10 to 12 servings. |
