YUM YUM SALAD 
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. cold water
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Knox unflavored gelatin
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. or less nuts

Heat pineapple, lemon juice and sugar to the point where it's hot enough to dissolve the gelatin that has been dissolved in cold water; let mixture cool. When mixture begins to set, stir in cheese, nuts and whipped cream. Let set in refrigerator until firm. If desired, serve on lettuce leaf.
