PARTY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
10 lb. chicken
20 oz. frozen cut broccoli
1 can coarse bread crumbs
4 c. mayonnaise
3 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Curry powder to taste
4 cans cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken; remove skin and bones. Boil broccoli. Layer bottom of pan with broccoli, then chicken. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, lemon or lime juice, curry, soup and spread over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. (You can freeze it at this point and defrost when needed.) Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. Serve with Caesar salad.
