1 1/2 c. apple juice
3 env. unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. lemon-lime soda
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
16 raisins
8 miniature marshmallows
40 red cinnamon candies

Combine apple juice and gelatin in 2-quart glass measure. Microwave on high uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until gelatin is dissolved. Cool. Add soda. Divide mixture between 2 plastic-wrap lined 8-inch square baking dishes. Refrigerate until set. Lift plastic onto flat surface.

Using round cookie cutter, cut 4 circles from each pan. Place each circle on a salad plate. Decorate with cheese for hair, raisins for eyes, marshmallows for noses, and 5 candies for big smiles. Yield: 8 babies.

NOTE: Serve leftover gelatin trim for snacks.
