TARTS 
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. walnut meats, broken
1 egg
1 c. currants (no raisins)

Mix all ingredients above together. Line muffin tins with pie crust. Fill 2/3 full. Makes 12 to 15 tarts. Bake in moderate oven at 325 degrees until pie dough is the way you like it.
