GREEK STEW 
3 lb. beef sirloin, cut into cubes
3 lg. onions, sliced thick
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. cloves
1 sm. can whole tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. wine
1 bay leaf

Salt, pepper and brown beef in oil. Remove and brown onions. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Pour into a casserole and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with noodles and ripe olives.
